HW Center aims mainly to develop the theoretical and practical skills of the trainees, and to develop their abilities and aspirations for the future by providing the training possibilities and support required to achieve success through the following points:
- Providing access to training and providing it to all members of the community based on their personal needs and aspirations.
- Providing training, professional and technical programs and supervising the upgrading of trainees to succeed in the labor market in the government and private sectors.
- To meet the training needs of individuals, the government sector, the private sector and civil society organizations.
- Spreading culture and administrative and technical awareness in the community by organizing and holding public meetings and lectures and implementing various training programs and workshops with high efficiency and quality.
